I think I may be off to a bad start

Here is an updated studio shot. I'm looking forward to what may happen in this little corner of the house within the next few months.

The Soapbox

This is what ended up being my piece for the first ever (packed!) show at The Soapbox. 

Going with the same idea of using tape to lift particles, I made a lint colorfield. My work has been very black and white lately and I wanted to change that.

As of Late

It is a nice crisp day. 51 degrees, bright and sunny. The trees are turning. Pretty great. 

Lately, I've been drawing at my desk next to Betty and it feels like old times at school. 

I had an idea for another one of my salt drawings. I may do the installation at the Falls and Landings show that Casey invited me to at the Soapbox. I haven't been using pigments because I live with two great cats I wouldn't want to get sick, so I haven't decided.
